Pets.

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, we established some guidelines.

Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.

Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners’ vehicles or camper. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.

Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you’ll need to find other accommodations.

Smoking.

We are a non-smoking facility. We kindly ask you not to smoke or vape anywhere on the property.

Parking.

Your site is designated to accommodate one (1) RV and one (1) vehicle. Any other vehicle or (boat) trailer, will be parked in designated parking area and kept out of unoccupied sites. Parking is free and convenient at our secured boat storage facility on the corner of Modoc Rd and State Park Rd. Do not park or drive on grass. We can’t allow golf carts, ATVs – UTVs and/or four-wheelers on the property. Please keep your site clean and tidy. No cloth-lines permitted.

Trash.

Please place your tied bagged trash at the curb in front of your site by 10 AM to be picked up.

Cancellations.

Please realize we are a small family owned business and that our policy is to never overbook our campsites. Please give us as much advance notice as possible if you have to cancel, so we can re-book your site.  There is a $25 cancellation fee.

Early Check-Out.

If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, they are still responsible for the cost of the entire reservation.
