If your are staying at the Dale Hollow Lake State Park campground and you want to enjoy your camper a little longer, we will be happy to set it up anytime after 11:00 AM, if the campsite and the camper are available.
Before 10:30 AM.
If your are staying at the Dale Hollow Lake State Park campground and you want to enjoy your camper a little longer, we will be happy to pick it up anytime before 2:00 PM, if the camper is available.
A 2- nights minimum is required, 3-nights during the National Holidays and Special events like Halloween at the State Park.
One time fee. Subject to change without notice.
Pets are not allowed.
We kindly ask you not to smoke or vape in our campers.
Please realize we are a small family owned business and that our policy is to never overbook RVs. Please give us as much advance notice as possible if you have to cancel or change your reservation, so we can re-book your RV. Your deposit will be refunded if cancelled/changed 28 days or more before check-in. There is a $100 cancellation/rebooking fee. No refunds if cancelled or changed 28 days or less before check-in.
If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, they are still responsible for the cost of the entire reservation.
The Hidden Cave Ranch is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We will not be responsible for guest accidents or injury, or loss of money, jewelry, valuables of any kind.
The Hidden Cave Ranch LLC assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables. We are not responsible for articles left in the rental unit.
Hidden Cave Ranch LLC, it’s owners, employees, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any person or property, including but not limited to Guests (or guests of guests), of any nature resulting from any accident or occurrence in or about the Hidden Cave Ranch, the Rental Unit, the building in which the Rental Unit is a part of and the campers, including but not limited to, any and all claims, demands, damages, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, judgments, fines and amounts paid or to be paid in settlement) resulting from: (i) the acts or omissions of Guests; (ii) wind, rain, or other elements; (iii) theft, vandalism, fire, acts of terrorism, or acts of God.
Before you leave:
- Please clean the RV, so it is ready to be used by future renters.
- Put all the outside furniture and carpet back in the basement.
- Close all the windows and roof vents.
- Close the propane tank.
- Clean the fridge, coffeemaker and the stove.
- Clean the toilet and the shower.
- Put the awning up.
- Clean up your garbage and empty the garbage can.
We will charge a fee to your secured credit card if:
- Evidence of smoking is found in the RV. $250.00
- The roof of the camper is accessed. $250.00
- Drain or toilet is clogged. $75.00
- Items are damaged or missing from the RV. TBD
- Awning is damaged. $150.00-$500.00
Make sure the camper is ready to be used by future renters before you leave.
